This position involves providing support to the senior customer success staff and sales team

WHAT YOUR DAY COULD CONSIST OF:

1. Call potential warm clients/leads who have either:

  • Already received a quote/ proposal from us, or
  • Have requested a quote but not responded to follow up questions we have sent which are needed to finalise said quote.

2. Your goal of these phone calls will be to reach out to the client with the aim to either have them:

  • Request an invoice to get started
  • Book a call with one of the lead customer success team members to finalise project details.
  • Close inquiry if no longer interested.
  • Making sure to keep systems up to date with notes on any of the above actions.


Experience using the following applications would be beneficial. (Training can be provided):

  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM or any other CRM
  • Xero Accounting system or any other online accounting software
  • Trello
  • Dropbox
  • Slack
  • Toky or any other VOIP system

WHAT IS NEEDED:

  • Past experience in customer support/ success or sale
  • Being able to comfortably manage multiple phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries/ follow-ups every day.
  • An understanding of improving churn and customer retention as well as genuine care for customers success
  • Excellent communication & organisational skills.

    • Administration tasks such as updating follow-up dates, booking calls, and keeping contact and inquiry records up to date.
    • Sending proposals to clients to sign off on using Panda Doc Proposal web platform.
  2. Your goal of these follow ups will be to reach out to the client with the aim to either have them:
    • Make a Payment
    • Book a call with one of the lead customer success team members to finalize project details.
    • Close Enquiry if no longer interested.
    • Making sure to keep systems up to date with notes on any of the above actions.
  3. Experience using the following applications would be beneficial. (Training will be provided):
    • Trello
    • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
    • Microsoft Office
    • Dropbox
    • Slack
    • Toky or any other VOIP system
